Unfortunately, we only cater for private parties only. With that being said, we always have time for a Party of One!
Half Day
Departs at 10am and returns approx.1:30pm
- If you cancel or amend your booking outside of 14 days prior to your event, you will be charged 10% of the entire booking.
- 50% of hire costs will be charged in the event of amendment or cancellation within 14 days of the booking date.
- 100% of hire costs will be charged in the event of cancellation (or if the hirer doesn’t show up) within 48 hours of the pick up time.
Please note that these fees are collected to help protect ourselves as well as our trusted cellar door and event venue partners.
Mary comfortably seats six passengers plus one driver.
We’re happy to transport you from and to anywhere in the Mudgee Region, which includes Mudgee, Gulgong, Kandos & Rylstone. Please note that float charges do apply if your accommodation pick up point is not located within 10km of the Mudgee Post Office.
Unfortunately, no. Due to licensing policies, any person caught with an open alcoholic drink in the bus will be asked to exit immediately.
Our standard rental times are between 4 and 12 hours, however, we are happy to negotiate shorter or longer periods. Any additional hours can usually be added on the day for $250 per hour.
