Born in 1958 to proud VW parents, Mary had us at hello.
In all seriousness, like most split-screen Kombis, Mary has been through a lot in life. After decades of neglect and a brief stint being used to store wood in Sanford, Queensland, it took over 900 hours to restore her to her previous glory and find her a new home in Mudgee.
Equally passionate about the Mudgee Region as we are Kombis, we knew that Mary was simply too wonderful not to be shared, which is how Country Kombi came to fruition. Today, we are Mudgee’s original Kombi hire and are proud to offer guests transport for engagements, weddings, wine tours, events and photoshoots.
